30 Day Adulting Journal Challenge
Journaling is something I enjoy doing from time to time. I have periods that I do it almost every day, then I won't for months. Lately though, with all the thoughts that run through my mind I've been trying to make a better effort to journal. It honestly helps because I'm tired of looking at screens all day. In today's world it feels like there's no way to escape the screen time.
When I was journaling in my Choose Your Own Journey journal it said to commit to something for the next 30 days and I chose journaling for 10 minutes a day which led me to come up with these prompts.

Day 1: How do you want your life to look in one year? Five years? What can you do now to get there?
Day 2: How were you celebrated as a kid? How do you celebrate yourself as an adult?
Day 3: What does friendship mean to you? How do you show up as a friend?
Day 4: When do you feel most yourself? Why?
Day 5: What is one of your favorite childhood memories? What's a not so good childhood memory? What from that experience shows up for you today as an adult?
Day 6: What did you do in the past week that made yourself proud? What will you do this week?
Day 7: What generational curses are you working to break?
Day 8: Write 3 words to describe how you feel right now. Why do you feel this way?
Day 9: What do you love about yourself?
Day 10: What is your favorite way to practice self-care? What day this week can you schedule to do that for yourself?
Day 11: What lessons did you learn from your parents or guardian?
Day 12: What is your favorite thing about adulting?
Day 13: What are you grateful for today?
Day 14: Who is someone you look up to? Why? Have you let them know?
Day 15: How can you make better use of your time to relax?
Day 16: If you could live anywhere, where would it be and why?
Day 17: What's the best decision you've made?
Day 18: What 5 songs would be on your feel good playlist?
Day 19: What's your favorite part about your job?
Day 20: What's something you're working to improve on?
Day 21: What's your favorite brunch meal?
Day 22: What did you want to be when you were little?
Day 23: What was your first car? How did you get it?
Day 24: What's your favorite high school memory?
Day 25: List 5 things that motivate you.
Day 26: What do you want the mark you leave on this world to be?
Day 27: How did you show up for yourself today?
Day 28: What cheers you up on a bad day?
Day 29: What 3 things could you not live without?
Day 30: Write a letter to your future self.
